Education Qualification BE, MSW, PhD Appeared After completing fabrication diploma in 1998, he submitted his resume to many companies for employment. Only because father's business was in same stream of engineering, no one called for the job. Later he took AutoCAD education and worked in designing. In 2005, while contributing to his father's work, he realized that it was right to work here. Started his own business in the name of Vighnahar Industries. Further the business progressed and he registered Vighnahar Engineers Private Limited Company in 2013. Also continued further education while working. In 2010 obtained Bachelor degree in Production Engineering, in 2018 obtained Master degree in Social Service and started studying for PhD. Now he is nearing completion of PhD and this year Deepak Awate's name can be written as doctor.

Balu Awate
Education Qualification ITI Born in a small village from Pune in 1954, Balu Awate came to Mumbai in 1971. Stayed at his sister's house in Mumbai and started living by doing what he could. On occasion, he also worked as a porter. He did Turner's ITI while working in Mumbai. Later in 1983 he started business in rental place with partner by hiring a lathe machine. In 1987, the partner showed inability to continue working. After that he started his personal business named "Shree Ganesh Industries" in a rented space at Ghatkopar Industrial Estate. Gradually the business grew. The thrust of progress increased after the children began to pay attention to the affairs. It was the year 2005. Due to growth in business, the business had to be shifted from Ghatkopar, Mumbai to Navi Mumbai MIDC to meet the lack of space. Later, in the year 2013, Vighnahar Engineers Private Limited was started in the name of the children and during 2018, his name gets nominated in the company as a director.
